The Lerner Theatre, previously known as the Elco Theatre, is a historic theatre located in Elkhart, Indiana. This Beaux-Arts style building was built in 1924 as two-story structure consisting of reinforced concrete and steel.
The theatre recently did an addition and wanted it to look like it was original to the theatre built in 1924. All the decorative elements on the new building as cornice, columns, pilasters, balusters are fiberglass, along with some of the originals that required replacement.
Our AFI team is proud to perform restoration work, preserving the history of our country!
